Accessibility at Sanzra
Cooperative saving only works when everyone can take part. Sanzra is built to be usable with screen readers, keyboards, and assistive technology, and we hold ourselves to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act for banking services.
What we support today
- Full keyboard operation of sign-up, sign-in, identity verification, and group management, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Screen-reader labelling of every form field in the account and verification flows, and dialog semantics with focus containment on pop-up windows.
- Sign-in that never blocks paste or password managers, and one-time codes delivered as text that assistive technology can read — no visual-only challenges.
- Live progress announcements while your documents are being read, so you are never left wondering whether anything is happening.
- Reduced-motion support: the interface honours your system's motion preference.
- The landing experience in 27 languages, with right-to-left rendering for Arabic, and the interface language following your choice.
Known limitations we are working on
- A full colour-contrast audit of every screen against WCAG AA thresholds has not yet been completed by an external auditor.
- Screen-reader labelling outside the core account, verification, and group flows is still being extended.
- Some translated interface text beyond English, Spanish, and the landing page is still in review by native speakers.
- PDF statements and exports are not yet tagged for assistive technology.
